Vinos Baettig
Francisco Baettig, probably South America’s greatest winemaker, was previously responsible for making all the premium wines for Eduardo Chadwick and Errazuriz, including Sena, Don Maximiano, Vinedo Chadwick and Las Pizarras.
Vinos Baettig is his new project. The Baettig wines are very small production Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from cooler climate Southern Chile region of Malleco. Baettig has been included among the Top 100 Wine Discoveries 2020 by Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate.

His own personal project focuses on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Malleco in the south, where his grandparents arrived from Switzerland.
