| Producer Info | This fine, family domaine is now run by Gérard Thomas’s two daughters, Anne and Isabelle. Their technical training has resulted in purer wines with fresher fruit and better integrated oak. The supply of barrels has been switched from tonnellerie Gillet to new artisan coopers Montgillard, improving the harmony and balance of the wines. Anne and Isabelle picked early in 2023, taking full advantage of the fine weather in early September. Harvesting was completed by 11th September resulting in a splendid range of ripe but crisp whites. Their Saint Aubins are some of the best value wines of the Côte de Beaune. |
