A 100% Pinot Noir Blanc de Noir from Roman Villa Vineyard at the foothills of the South Downs, it has yeasty bruised apple and lime on the nose, with honeyed marmalade, yellow apple and honeysuckle on the palate, plus brioche and biscuit complexity from 5 years of bottle aging. The honeyed fruits are supported by a streak of acidity, followed by a lingering finish.
