The 2010 Brut Blanc de Blancs Cuvée Fleuron included some wine from Oger—which Gimonnet has subsequently eliminated from the blend, feeling it matures too fast and dominates the style of the blend. Offering up aromas of pear, peach, wheat toast and mandarin, it’s medium to full-bodied, rich but incisive, with a youthfully frothy mousse and a saline finish.

| Producer Info | The Pierre Gimonnet et Fils vineyards cover 28 hectares exclusively in the Côte des Blancs subregion of Champagne, with 16 hectares of premier cru vineyards and 12 hectares of grand cru vineyards. All of the Gimonnet champagnes hold cru status. With a history dating back to 1750, centuries of knowledge, experiences and tradition have been passed down through the generations, making Pierre Gimonnet et Fils a well-regarded grower-producer in Champagne. The Gimonnet family still work with respect to the hand-crafted work.
