Score: TA93 (2021)
Ceres Plateau. Fermented with 60% whole bunches, it’s for people who like fynbos and white pepper notes in their reds. Taut and focused, it has damson and black cherry flavours, subtle 10% new French oak and a spicy, sappy finish. 2024-30
