A ripe and vaguely exotic nose mixes notes of apricot, passion fruit, white peach and iodine whiffs. There is again fine richness and volume to the concentrated, intense and relatively muscular flavors that also flash good minerality on the linear and youthfully austere finale.

| Producer Info | BSébastien Dampt is undeniably the rising star of Chablis. He is part of a dynasty that has been making wine in the region for over 150 years. After studying in Beaune, gaining experience around France, and working closely with his father Daniel and brother Vincent, Sébastien created Domaine Sébastien Dampt in 2007. His understanding of and passion for Chablis are clear and we look forward to watching his progress over the coming years.
The Domaine is situated in the village of Milly, where the soil is very chalky, a mix of clay, explains Sébastien Dampt. Split 50/50 between Village wine and Premier Cru, the wines are all vinified and raised in stainless steel tanks to ensure the pure fruited approach and retention of acidity in the classic style, much loved of this venerable region. These wines offer some of the greatest value in Chablis and have a reputation for being more mineral and concentrated.
