Fleuron means “flagship” is selected from only the great years. The Fleuron cuvée, a true showcase of our vintages, is a work of assembly that adds the qualities our best terroirs and «lieu-dit» of our domain cuvee. These qualities obviously result from our Terroirs (mostly from Cramant and Chouilly) but according to our conception of Champagne, it’s always essential to add some Cuis 1er Cru to give some freshness and delicacy. A great wine is a balance wine between structure, fruit, elegance, and minerality and definitely pleasant… And to reach that, assembly prevails…

| Producer Info | The Pierre Gimonnet et Fils vineyards cover 28 hectares exclusively in the Côte des Blancs subregion of Champagne, with 16 hectares of premier cru vineyards and 12 hectares of grand cru vineyards. All of the Gimonnet champagnes hold cru status. With a history dating back to 1750, centuries of knowledge, experiences and tradition have been passed down through the generations, making Pierre Gimonnet et Fils a well-regarded grower-producer in Champagne. The Gimonnet family still work with respect to the hand-crafted work. The aim of the House is to extract maximum expression from the grapes and terroir, producing a range of premium champagnes with remarkable purity of fruit, depth and minerality. |
