Pierre Gimonnet et Fils

The Pierre Gimonnet et Fils vineyards cover 28 hectares exclusively in the Côte des Blancs subregion of Champagne, with 16 hectares of premier cru vineyards and 12 hectares of grand cru vineyards. All of the Gimonnet champagnes hold cru status. With a history dating back to 1750, centuries of knowledge, experiences and tradition have been passed down through the generations, making Pierre Gimonnet et Fils a well-regarded grower-producer in Champagne. The Gimonnet family still work with respect to the hand-crafted work. The aim of the House is to extract maximum expression from the grapes and terroir, producing a range of premium champagnes with remarkable purity of fruit, depth and minerality.
